Jennifer has been devoted to the study of yoga and wellness for more than twenty years. Her teaching is steeped in the personal experiences of yoga through pregnancy and motherhood. Jennifer has taught both prenatal and postpartum yoga since 2000 and runs teacher trainings in fertility, prenatal and postpartum yoga- and continues to specialize in working with the therapeutic benefits of yoga for women’s health and wellbeing.
Jennifer studied under the guidance of Jasmine Lieb, Liv-INg-yoga, to attain her certification with the International Association of yoga therapists in 2017, is an ongoing student of Dr. Dougles Brooks, Srividyalaya, for the past seventeen years in the study of yoga history, philosophy and Hindu mythology, and is a current student of Genny Kapuler, senior certified Iyengar teacher and anatomist. She is a current student of Body-Mind Centering (an embodied approach to movement, body and consciousness developed by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen) under Nisha Kewalramani. She is also currently involved in the PECOS (Pregnancy Evolution Care Observation Science) Program. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 and RPYT.
